Restrictive License
This Restrictive License ("License") governs the use of the firmware identified as Firmware for SMLIGHT SLZB-06 ("Firmware") provided by SMLIGHT trademark owner (Ukraine, trademark certificate number 345274, dated 27 March 2024) ("Licensor").

1. Grant of License.

1.1. Licensor grants to Licensee (you) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Firmware solely for the purpose of operating SMLIGHT SLZB-06 devices ("Designated Devices").

2. Restrictions.

You are expressly prohibited from:

2.1. Distributing, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or otherwise transferring the Firmware to any third party.
2.2. Using the Firmware with any device other than the Designated Devices.
2.3. Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Firmware.


3. Ownership.

3.1. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Firmware, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty.

4.1. THE FIRMWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability.

5.1. LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE FIRMWARE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

6. Termination.

6.1. Licensor may terminate this License at any time.

7. Permission to Use Beyond Designated Devices.

7.1. Any use of the Firmware with a device other than the Designated Devices requires the prior written permission of Licensor.

8. Governing Law.

8.1. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

9. Entire Agreement.

9.1. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Severability.

10.1. If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE FIRMWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.
