I purchased the SLZB-MR4U to extend my Zigbee network into an outbuilding while also future-proofing my smart home with Matter support. The hardware quality is outstanding, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design. The software is equally impressive, with regular updates and continuous enhancements. When I had a few technical questions, the support team was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and provided clear solutions that quickly resolved my issues. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service. I'll definitely be looking to replace my main coordinator with another SMLIGHT device in the near future.
