SLWF-11 User Manual — Part 2 of 10
All of the following are integrated on a single compact board:
| Block | Function |
|---|---|
| Wi-Fi SoC | ESP8266 (ESP-12x module), running WLED / ESPHome over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi |
| LED outputs | Level-shifted Data and Clock lines at 5 V logic |
| IR receiver | 38 kHz infrared receiver for remote control |
| Button | On-board push button (manual control + flash-mode entry) |
| Status LEDs | Two on-board indicator LEDs |
| Programmer | Built-in USB-to-UART bridge with automatic flashing |
| Power | Wide-input regulation feeding the logic from Type-C, DC jack or screw terminal |
| DIY header | Spare GPIOs + ADC + 3.3 V + GND for expansion |
Connectors at a glance
- USB Type-C — 5 V power and firmware flashing.
- DC barrel jack — 5.5 × 2.1 mm, VCC on the inner pin.
- Screw terminal — strip power (VCC), GND, Data and Clock.
- DIY expansion header — see §9 Pinout.
Firmware & GPIO map Default WLED assignments: Data → GPIO2, Clock → GPIO12, IR → GPIO4, Button → GPIO0, status LEDs → GPIO14 / GPIO16. Full pinout in §9.
