Just got the -06M model a week or two ago. Using it in PoE mode. This is my first venture into zigbee devices so I only have one end device so far (a presence sensor). The gateway works well with both ZHA and Z2M. And while the presence sensor paired under both flawlessly, I was only able to get entities out of it under z2m.
