Shipped to the US in about 2 weeks and worked right away for my Midea U AC unit. After testing I wanted to make config changes and found the Firmware Flashing Guide in the Related Articles section. The pictures showing where to solder temporary wires were perfect but instead of using the esphome-flasher program I used the ESPHome addon's web serial flasher. The web flasher adds it natively to my ESPHome for OTA config updates and I just copied in the Climate section from the YAML and made my changes. It works perfectly!
