The SLZB-06 is great. It uses the same Texas Instruments chip (CC2652) as the Sonoff one, but has a much larger antenna, and supports Power over Ethernet so it can get both data and power through one cable. If you're using Zigbee2mqtt, you can switch from one coordinator with a TI chip to a different one without having to re-pair your devices. Just follow the instructions carefully.
