🚀 SMLIGHT A1-SLWF‑09

 

What you can do with A1-SLWF-09, in a nutshell:

You start with a base model device, which has the following characteristics:

  • Modular: The user can install Ethernet, POE, and Digital microphone modules.
  • Slim and very ‘hiding’ device. We intentionally did not put any marks on top of the enclosure, so users can install them on a white wall, and they will not catch a lot of attention.
  • Fast wire terminal – just one click – and your LED strip or power strip is connected, no screws.
  • It can be powered by Type-C PD/QC (only with smart technology) – because the device has a switch and can choose either 5V or 12V! Yes, you can power a 12V LED strip via Type-C (requires PD / QC power supply). Cool, isn’t it?
  • It can be powered by PoE. We recommend limiting to limit by 1.5-2A. Only 5V strip (WS2812, etc).
  • Relay: It has a physical MOSFET relay (GPIO33). Also, you can use the available wire terminal to bypass the Relay.
  • Has two outputs to Addressable LED strips (with level-shifters).
  • Two buttons to control the device
  • DIY screw terminal header

The A1-SLWF‑09 is a next-generation LED controller by SMLIGHT, built for ultimate flexibility and integration with modern smart home systems. Based on the powerful ESP32 platform and pre-flashed with WLED firmware, it controls addressable LED strips with advanced features and support for modular add-ons, including Ethernet, PoE, anda  digital microphone.

Ethernet Module Adds 10/100 Mbps LAN via LAN8720 + magnetic isolation (RJ45).
PoE Module IEEE 802.3af PoE support, supplies 5V 2A power to the board.
Microphone Module High-fidelity ICS-43432 MEMS digital microphone with I²S output for WLED sound-reactive effects.

Each module plugs into dedicated JST-style headers with keyed orientation for safety and ease.

MICROPHONE

Mic add-on with best in class digital I2S microphone. Do not compomize on quality, choose only best ones.


2x BUTTONS

For itteraction with the users – you can use two buttons. Even more, it provides with feedback being connected to red LED.

DIY terminal

Expand functionality with DIY terminal. For example, you can connect external button, or IR remote control receiver etc..

USB/UART PROGRAMMER

Built-in USB/UART programmer lets you re-flash your device without any external equipment.

ESP32 AUTOBOOT

With ESP32 Autoboot features you can flash device without additional buttons, just plug the cable and start.


2 LEDS

LEDs provide the user with feedback and statuses. One is connected to the Sensor button, 2 others – free to use.

POWERING

TYPE-C POWER SUPPORT

Among different source of powering, SLWF-09 support widely used type-C plug (with PD or QC technology). Moreover, you can choose either 5V or 12V.


DC-PLUG IN

Apart from th type-C, you can power your device via DC plug 5.5×2.1. Convenient and universal (unplug Type-C while powering over DC). 5 – 24V power supplies support.

FAST WIRE TERMINAL

Do you have just + and – wires? No problem, you can power by put the wires directly to the fast wire terminal (unplug Type-C before doing that). 5 – 24V power supplies support.

PoE Powered

with PoE addon – can be PoE powered and work with 5V led strips. Addon can deliver 1.5-2A!

The SLWF-09 is as small as 57x30x23 mm. Very tiny and compact.

2x two-sided adhesive sticks are in the package, can be easely attached to any surface. Also has plces for screws.
