🚀 SLZB-MRW10 – Multiprotocol Smart Home Adapter (Testing Samples)

Call for Testers
We are currently distributing SLZB-MRW10 units for testing purposes. These devices have successfully completed internal testing and demonstrate stable performance across all supported networks, including Zigbee, Thread/Matter, Wi-Fi, and Z-Wave (non-certified).

After this testing phase, we plan to apply for full Z-Wave certification.

These adapters are distributed to testers strictly for evaluation and testing only. The current price reflects testing program participation, and the expected retail price (RRP) is about $75.

Overview

SLZB-MRW10 is a compact, powerful multiprotocol adapter, integrating:

  • EFR32ZG23 for non-Z-Wave certified testing (Z-Wave 800 series)

  • CC2674P10 for Zigbee 3.0, Thread, and Matter over Thread (up to 400 end devices)
  • ESP32 for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE

Designed for integration into smart home hubs, bridges, and custom automation platforms, the device provides a reliable multiprotocol foundation for next-generation development.

  • Texas Instruments CC2674P10
    • Zigbee 3.0 support (Zigbee2MQTT & ZHA compatible).
    • Thread (Matter-over-Thread) support (Open Thread Border Router) .
    • Ideal for Zigbee networks, works perfect also with Thread networks.
    • +20 dBm TX power with built-in PA.
  • Silicon Labs EFR32ZG23
    • Z-Wave 800 support (+ Long Range). ⚠️ Important Notice: Z-Wave support in this device is non-certified and is included strictly for evaluation and testing purposes. These are clearly labeled as non-Z-Wave certified samples.

Supported Protocols:

    • Zigbee 3.0 (Zigbee2MQTT, ZHA), at the same time with Thread.
    • Thread (Matter-over-Thread), at the same time with Zigbee.
    • Z-Wave (not certified, for evaluation purposes only)
    • Supports simultaneous or switchable operation for multiradio environments.
    • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

LED Indicators and peripheral:

  • Independent status LEDs for each radio (6 service LEDs in total: 2 LEDs for Core SoC, 2 LEDs for CC2674P10 SoC, 2 LEDs for EFR32ZG23 SoC,)
  • Multibutton: supports many functions (mode switch, reset etc).
